Sorry before I didn't see that you post the question in the internet section, if we are talking about the internet you will refund prorata, and don't forget to send back the modem. Moreover, when you unsubscribe you will pick the last day.

For the mobile, if you unsubscribe the last day will be automatically the last billing cycle day, and you will not be refund prorata. Since you pay couples of days in advance, if you already paid for the next billing cycle and this is not started yet, you will get the refund for it.

You should close the plan and if the new billing cycle didn’t start you will be refund
