My mobile data Internet on my cell no longer works.
For the past month or so my mobile data hasn't been working. I've checked that I have data, this is not a new sim card, I've tried rebooting, powering off my device, taking out and putting back my sim card. Nothing works.
My device is umidigi a13s
Used to work flawlessly then out of nowhere it just stopped. My data keeps rolling over as I don't get to use it.

Did you trt the sim in a different phone? If you can
Did you check the APN configuration? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Did you check under your account if you have data?
Did you disable the data in your phone?
Can you try to enable the data roaming?

Could you please try to put your SIM card on a different phone and test?
