Anybody here ran into the need to transfer a phone plan from one fizz account to another one?

I want to transfer my ex-partner's phone plan to her own Fizz account but I keep being told that it is not possible and that the only way to transfer a phone number is to an external service provider and then bring it back to Fizz. This all sounds ridiculous, to be honest.

    At the moment you cannot sorry

    At this point in time you can only transfer to another Quebec mobile operator and transfer it back



    You can chat in direct

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Hello jberger,

    I'm sorry about that.

    If you have to do this and then come back to Fizz, you can at least benefit from the mutual referral bonus.
