VIP service/COAX?

With the VIP service, if I do not have the COAX wall outlet, cord and all, will the technician do all that for me? Will he run the COAX from the needed point to my appartement?

The installation of the Coax cable if is not present it is included

the vip service is to connect the modem and configure it (set the password)
