I received an email from Fizz stating that I need to request a new SIM card that is compatible with VoLTE, and it is supposed to be free of charge. However, when I attempted to place the order by clicking on the provided link, I encountered difficulties and was unable to complete the process.

How should I proceed in this situation?

    Today Fizz has some problem with their site and probably your error is related to this.

    If you don't need to travel to the USA shortly please wait couple of day before try again.

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
