Why is the iPhone 13 more expensive with fizz than with any other company?

I was thinking of getting the iPhone 13. I compared fizz with other companies such as Apple and Vidéotron. There is a difference of approx 150$. Why is it more expensive with fizz?

    sometime company applied a discount, probably it will be at the same price in the following days

    This summer there was the A54 at something around 250$ for a phone of 500$ with Fizz

    Iphone 13 Carrier Pricing, depend how they negotiate with dealer, some are lower on other types of phones :
