i used to make calls using wallet for past year but since september i’m getting fizz notification that an add on is needed all of a sudden?

    Try to contact the support, I believe that it is an error

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    As support told me once, it was a major upgrade in their system on August 24, maybe something was affected by it. Contact customer support and they should find out what is the issue.
