How to know when call add-ons expire?

With data, it is really easy to know when your data will expire because there is the "usage" button. How to do the same thing with minutes? For example, right now I know I have 180 minutes left, but I don't know when they will expire, so the day they expire I will miss all calls.

    Did you try to enable the notifications?

    Need some advance warning?

    Opt in for email or text alerts to tell you how much money is left in your Wallet.

    How to enable automatic usage notifications:

    1. Go to My Settings in your Fizz account.
    2. Scroll to Settings and select Plan communication preferences.
    3. Slide the Usage alert notifications button to On.
    4. Click Save changes.

    Hi @Jess_i88b6 ,

    You can probably see for yourself that there is no warning for text or call add-ons expiration in the sectiom you mentionned. Notifications are enabled and I don't get a notification when the addon expire.

    Sorry you are right, I missed the important point, the expiration, since I believe that the point was easy, I thought that the really question when the minutes are all use up.

    However, since the addon have an expiration, and they will always expire at the end of your next payment cycle. Therefore, this it will be easy to monitor with an alert on the phone using the calendar. The difficulty it is to know when you used up all or almost all the addon, the notification should help this too

    The money in the wallet don't have any expiration.

    You say "they will always expire at the end of your next payment cycle" but if I buy an addons many days before the end of the cycle, the will expire at the end of the next one, so this isn't true. Let's say my cycle ends tomorrow, the add on will expire in one month + one day.

    So the question become: How many days in advance can I buy the addon for the next month? If I buy an addon today and my cycle ends in 10 days, will the addon expire in 10 days or the next month? What about 20 days?

    Each Add-On is valid throughout your current payment cycle and the next one.
