Upgrade “pending removal”
Hello community.
I have a monetary rebate upgrade that has been “pending removal” now for over 2months, or close to.
I wish to replace it with a data upgrade.
My other two upgrades are data upgrades totalling 1g.
My plan is the basic 2g plan.
Can someone clarify what’s going on here?

I have something similar. I can't remove or swap on of my bonus. Almost 2 months technical team is trying to fix it 🤦🏻♂️.
