How do I create a ticket?

I bought a new phone with fizz and did not get the badge for it Unless it takes a couple of months to get the badge??

I think you need to to wait around 30 days for points, maybe it's the same for the badge

To open a ticket go to

Settings > Contact forms > Submit a complaint
