You must contact the support to see with them
When they delivered my phone, the carrier didn't check
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I had a chat with customer support like you advised, it will have to go through as a return and id have to make new order after everything is clear....insuring all the info is correct first.
