How long until Fizz gets phone back from Planète Courrier?

I recently ordered a phone online and did not notice the incorrect name and billing address until it was too late, The phone is out for delivery today but I cannot sign for it because of the name discrepancy. How long does it take the courier to send the phone back to Fizz so the order can be canceled or can the address/name be changed once it's received so I don't have to place a new order?

    You must contact the support to see with them

    When they delivered my phone, the carrier didn't check

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    I would chat with the fizz support by logging into your account and clicking support, oh that’s for sure!

    Hey @Jess_i88b6,
    I had a chat with customer support like you advised, it will have to go through as a return and id have to make new order after everything is clear....insuring all the info is correct first.
