what is fizz standard email format ?

Helpdesk need to add FIZZ to their list of allowed mobile carriers but they need the fizz standard email format to be able to send sms.

they provided me the example for videotron which is : (number)@videotron.ca

so it is (number)@fizz.ca?

    I don't think Fizz is using something like this.

    Contact support to confirm this.

    If you are talking about the gateway from email to sms on my knowledge doesn't exists

    Moreover, Fizz doesn't offer and email


    You can always contact the support

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    I spoke to their support and they said :" Unfortunately we do not have this kind of option"
