I bought 2 1 gig travel add-ons and only 1 gig shows on my profile

I bought a gigabyte of data for Spain as I'm going on a trip there and thought it would be good to have a couple at least, so I bought another gig. After that I went to check my profile and didn't see the second gig available, my total for Spain being 1gb. Is there a limit of 1gb at a time for travel add-ons? If so, is there a way to get my money back for the second add-on I purchased?
