I changed my plan but my email and acount says two different things

I had two offers, decrease price to 39$ for the same plan or increase to 40g for 45$. I initially click on decreasing the price but then adjusted the data to 40g for a 45$ increase. I just received an email that my plan will changed to 45$ for 10g data which was my old plan. When i check on my accounts it says that my new plan will be the same plan for 39$. Which is it? I am not interested in paying 45$ to keep the same plan.

    you should verify with the support, last week there were problems with the display your plan
