Site crashed after SIM card activation

Last night, I proceeded to activate my SIM card, but the site crashed at the very end. Now, I'm not sure if the activation worked or not. I tried activating my new SIM card this morning, and I received a message saying that the card belongs to someone else. I haven't received a text message saying my number has been transferred. What do I do next?

Check other your account to see if you have a plan.

The SIM usually is locked for 4 hours, after you entered the code on the site.

You can try again if you don't have any plan on your account.
