Using a Beafon C65 - what is my "password"?

Has anyone had this problem? I have changed my PUK2 and my PIN but there is still something else called "a password". I have communicated to Beafon as well, and hopefully I'll get a good answer about it. I did not get a "password" from the Fizz "Unlock SIM card" email.

    Are you sure that your phone is not SIM locked? I don't know the phone

    Did you try the SIM in a different phone to validate that it is a SIM problem?
