• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I would also recommend restarting the device or opening a private ticket with customer service

Are you using the app or the web browser?
If your using your cellphone, try to restart your device and open the app again.
If your using using a browser, you can try clearing the cache.
