The voice mail is not working on my android phone.

Hello people.

I am a new user. I use Android Galaxy 23 Samsung phone.

I would like to listen messages on the voicemail.

I called 1 514 647 0999 ( to manually access my voicemail), but

it kept saying the pin I entered incorrect even though I changed my pin # on the Fizz website. I don't know what to do.

Holing #1 doesn't work on the Android phone.


Can anybody help me to access my voicemail?

    Hi @sy_kang97

    Did you try to call the voicemail from another phone? if you are new to Fizz, please try to reboot the phone, it can be that the phone didn't receive correctly the provisioning.

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
