Did you activate your modem?
Activate your modem (if applicable*)
- Log in to your Fizz account.
- You should see a tile with your order details in the Overview section. If not, go to My settings > Order history.
- Activate your modem. It will then switch to the speed associated with your plan.

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Hey Djmistert, did yout ry reseting your modem too?
Mine came today and it got stuck on the step that says the modem will change the name of the network SSID automatically - but it was solved after I reseted it (little button on the back that needs to be pressed for 10 seconds).
