I just look in my plan section of Fizz and I see that my billing is set for 71$ now but my normal plan is 32$ per month. Anyone why is that?

Incoming call and texts are always free. This is a display issue. In short nothing to worry about. You can open a ticket yourself to fix it. Go to

Settings > Contact forms > Submit a complaint

Sorry the incoming texts are always free

    The incoming calls, depends

    • if you are in your coverage area and you have unlimited calls, are free if they came from japan or any ther place
    • If you are NOT in you coverage area or you don't have unlimited calls you need to pay for it

Your problem seems to be the display problem of the plan, Fizz these days (sometimes) display a wrong amount of your monthly plan. Check the service agreement there you find the right amount of your plan.
