Next button greyed out when adding address

Hi, I am a new customer trying to purchase a simcard for mobile plan. I am unable to add my address. Postal code, street number and street name are filled correctly. But, next button is greyed out. Could you please let me know what could be wrong?

    did you try using the browser in incognito mode?

    Is your address from Québec or Ottawa region?

    Do you have any check box to click in order to acknowledge some legal requirement?
