Mobile plan switched on its own?
I've been running the basic mobile plan ($12/month), using perks for data, and buying minutes and texts as addons as needed. As of a few days ago there are some weird inconsistencies in the way my plan is displayed.
If I go to the website on "Overview", everything looks as it should, it shows me the green bars for how many minutes and texts I have left out of the 60 and 200 respectively that I bought. But when I go to "My Plan" it claims I have unlimited minutes and texts... on a $17/month plan, even though I have not changed my plan in any way. Even stranger if I go into "Change my plan", now it displays the plan I am supposed to be on at $12/month.
Has something like this happened to anyone else? I'm not too fussed because I need to change my plan for next month anyway (I'm going to the US, so changing from Quebec to Canada+US), but I don't understand what's going on, if the plan is actually different for this month, and if I don't make a change what plan I'll be on next billing. And if I did get "upgraded" I'm not happy with it happening without any notice, if I hadn't gone into my plan to switch it I may have ended up paying more without even knowing.
