Unable to connect usinf default password

Hi, I got my internet through Fizz an hour ago. I have connected the Coaxial and plug cable. However, when I try to connect the wifi using default key and password it shows that the password is incorrect and is unable to connect. Can you please help with fixing this? It's been over 6 hours and I dont understand why it doesnt work even after following all steps.

    I will try to do this try a factory reset the modem and double check the letter sometime an L can be confused with an i or 1 like for 0 and o

    Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.

    Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.

    Reminder: The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.
