My internet is down and none of the troubleshooting steps are working

Wi-Fi was working fine yesterday.
This morning none of my devices can connect. I have tried the following:

-Resetting the modem by unplugging it
-Forgetting the network on my phone and smart TV
-Factory resetting the modem which is causing now more trouble than I expected.
I believe my modem was reset because the name of it changed in the list of available wifi and I connected with the default key on the sticker. But even with that, there’s still no internet connection on my phone, iPad, computers and Smart TV.
I also can no longer access the Fizz app because it needs to connect to wifi but … no wifi connection.

Please help!!!!!!
