Bluesound Powernode Edge with Fizz Wifi

Hi,

I'm using a Bluesound Powernode Edge amplifier connected using Wifi on my local network. I experience a very poor user experience: Controlling the device is very slow, more than 30 seconds of latency to play a song, etc...
I have spent some time with Bluesound support who diagnosed a wifi router issue.
More precisely, we tried to find these options:

Multicast (mDNS) Enabled - Required for Bluesound Player Discovery

IGMP Snooping Enabled - To prevent Multicast traffic from being seen as malicious traffic

Wireless Dual Band Steering Disabled - This will cause confusion to the players as they are unable to connect to the 5GHz band (unless it is a 2i Player)

QoS Disabled - Will cause certain traffic to be prioritized and potentially cause unfavourable traffic between your players and app

DHCP Server Enabled - Required to assign IP Address to each Bluesound Player

DHCP Reservation on the IP Address of the Player To make a more reliable connection

I couldn't find: mDNS, IGMP Snooping options.
Do you know what it would be for the Fizz router?

I couldn't disable QoS (option is there but buttons can't be clicked)

Can you help me to get it working?

The problem is your network it can be all kind of stuff

in a forum will be difficult to find out

try to turnoff all the devices

restart your modem and turn on your amplifier and check if you still have the problem
