I ordered a new phone but i would like to know if my order could be cancelled in order to receive the 100$ credit towards my monthly account instead.

    The "100$ off any phone of your choosing" Perk is for the phone purchase only. It can not be converted to any other bonus, etc. Kind of "take it or loose it".

    The 100$ is only for a new phone

    But if you want to cancel your order you need to contact the support
