existing SIM card in new iPhone
Hi
I have bought a new iPhone (using $100 rebate perk). Last night I've put the existing/old SIM card int the new iPhone. Do I need to do anything else?
In my Fizz account - My phones area, I see my old phone listed with the cell #, I also see the new iPhone. How can I have that changed? I want my cell # to be associated with the new iPhone.
I'm using whatsapp to reach Fizz support, they are asking me to activate the SIM card. Why would I need to do that?

That part is automatic to change the phone on the list
regarding the SIM, you need to tell the support, that you already have a plan
They will ask to activate it, since when you order the phone you ask for it, and you didn't pick up the right option (I already have a plan)
You can chat in direct

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Yes I must have missed something when I bought the phone online.
Yes I will use your "Chat" instruction when I get home for the SIM part.
