Travel add on

So i have a quebec plan and currently on vacation in Ontario just notice my data was still going so i bought a travel add on thinking it eould cover the data used from the last 4 days but doesn't seem to work.
Need help from someone at fizz because i don't want to pay 120$ for data plus my add on.

I have turn off my data since i noticed it.

Help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Luckysab

    With Fizz you will not be charged for the usage since it is a prepaid service.

    Ottawa's regions is also considered Quebec coverage

    Therefore, if you are outside your coverage and you don't have money in the Fizz wallet you will not be charged, and if it is working is a bug in your favour. Enjoy the data

    You will not be charged as Fizz is a prepaid service. Several users reported the same, the Québec data was working while in Ontario.
