Received SMS that says its from FIZZ, but wont accept replies, with a BIT.LY link is this legit?

However, bit.ly it is a way to short the links, it can be anything, I will not click on such link

thx for the reponse. I'm aware of the dangers of Bit.ly hence the reason for my concern.
I sandbox & vpn it on my pc & it seems legit from Fizz.
I guess this might be in some preparation for VoLTE compatibility...
In case of doubts don't click on the link and just delete it or forward it to spam number 7726.
