What do you mean expired?
The card doesn't expire, your plan has a monthly validity
Regarding the data, did you check the APN configuration? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Sometime can help to put the phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds
In your signal you have Fizz ou Fizz Ext? For Fizz ext you need to activate the data roaming
Do you have the possibility to try the SIM in a different phone?
Check if you still have data in your plan and also that you don't have any data limit in your phone
