How to report an outage on fizz home internet connection?

There's a no point of being in a chat conversation with bought and they'll ask you to wait for 40 minutes or 30 I say. But by the time you come to chat with a real person. They'll make you time out. They won't wait you for a 30 second also so it's very pathetic. I do not know how to report a problem. We have been waiting it for almost like one and a half hour without internet connection and still there's no internet connection

there are not many options you wait for the failure to be repaired or contact support
the delay maybe more than two hours depends on the cause of the failure
