Fizz modem Hitron Coda-4680 reboots automatically

When I switched to Fizz about half year ago, I got a brand new Fizz modem Hitron Coda-4680. It worked OK. Then it started to reboot automatically after some months. Now it reboots randomly and more frequently almost once per day. I've tried everything I can to solve this problem, e.g. disconnect the coaxial cable, unplug power, reset modem, wait for 1 minute, etc. No use. I used Altima Internet in the past and had no problem. The only thing has changed is the modem. I believe this new modem is the root cause. Please help. Thanks

    Please contact customer support, it looks like a technician needs to come and check.
