Cancelled Plans

I am wondering how many days in total, Fizz plans can remain without action until it gets canceled. For example the home internet plans in comparison with the phone plans, does a community member know what happens when they are deleted and if they are only removed from the main account menu while still appearing on our statements.

    Hi @alg

    For home internet you can pick the date when the plan with be cancelled, for the mobile the plan will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle.

    The information of the cancelled plan will be on your account for 3 years, therefore, you will still see them, but with the note that are not active

    If you will not pay it will be cancelled automatically. In 3 years the information will be deleted.

    After you cancel your plan, you will still have access to your Fizz account. All information about your plan — including your transaction history and payments — will be kept for three years.

    they told me after 2 onths, your account gets canceleed and you will have to start again new
