Missing SIM card?

Hello Fizz! 

I ordered new SIM card on July 19th. As of August 7th, still haven't received them.

Normal? or lost in transport?

    If you order the free SIM for the VoLTE can be normal, the free SIM need 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered, since it will be pre-assigned to your account and sent by CanadaPost


    If you bought the SIM, is not normal this can be delivered in days

    Can you please check on your exterior door? 

    Sometime the delivery man sticks the envelope on this door if he cannot join the person.


    If not and if the delivery of your SIM card is flagged as delivered but you haven’t received it,

    1 Log into your account and go to My profile .

    2 Click on Order history See details.

    3 Click on the shipping number to go to the carrier’s website.

    4 Check on the website of the courier service that the delivery address is correct: if it’s incorrect or incomplete, contact the carrier service directly so they can correct the address and make a new delivery attempt.
