Gifting data doesn't work on the mobile site, only on a PC browser?

I noticed that when I tried gifting data through the mobile site—using Chrome on the latest version of Android—the button at the last step doesn't work.

However, on the PC site, it does.

It works for me on both sites.

Try to clear cash and cookies (restart your browser after), try it in a different browser or in Incognito mode.
