if you have a phone plan and a internet plan with fizz. And you decided to remove your phone plan only do you lose your perks on the phone plan? Lets say you come back one day will the perks still be there?

No you don't

If you have an active plan, you will not lose the perks. With only one plan you still accumulate the perks for internet and mobile. Therefore, for example, you have only a mobile plan, every level you will get the perk for internet is available for that level.

Exactly, the bonuses/perks are related to your account and not to your individual plan(s).

no you don't waste time that you have an active package in your account

only if you have referral bonuses received on the unused mobile plan that you will lose

you will not lose the referral bonus if you activate back the plan, you will lose them only if you open a new plan
