A52 on site FIZZ tell VOLTE but on the phone Fizz tell no VOLTE?

Maybe it's just a visual bug 🤷🏻.
As @Jess_i88b6 suggested, disable the wifi, make a call and check if the signal stays in LTE/4G. If it's not changing to 3G/H+ you should be good, otherwise contact customer support for clarification.

Try this
- Disable the wifi
- Make a call
- check if the signal stay in LTE (if this is the case your call is VoLTE)
Do you have a VoLTE Sim?

if it is a global fizz must accept the imei
samsung remove the volte button when it has a sim card volte
