Can I setup Fizz as a 'Payee' in my bank account? What info is needed?

I'm trying to pay my internet bill right now but the website is under maintenance. How else can I pay my bill? My bank doesn't recognize "Fizz" as a payee company.

I was disconnected last night and I can't pay to reactivate my service because of the site maintenance. My friend is letting me hotspot to pay my bill and no matter what I try, I see the site maintenance page, ffs!!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Restoring service of anyone cut off the night before you start site maintenance in the morning, preventing anyone from making a payment, would be an honourable gesture. Not your fault I wasn't able to pay for it until now. Not my fault you're doing maintenance preventing me from paying my bill. My late payment isn't hurting you but no internet right now is actually an issue.

I need either the info to push payment directly from my bank or an alternative payment method I can utilize now to restore my service.

You need to use a credit card to pay Fizz, you cannot pay directly from your bank

To pay for your Fizz plans, you can use:

A Visa or Mastercard credit card

A prepaid Visa or Mastercard

A Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card

Only one-off payments are accepted with Vanilla prepaid cards

 

You CANNOT use: 

American Express (Amex), Dinners and others credit cards 

A debit card (except a Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card)

A foreign credit/debit card 

Funds from your Fizz Wallet

Regarding the maintenance, you can try after 8am, sorry

Usually the payment is taken 72h before the end of the billing period, and an email is sent by Fizz if the payment fails

You can chat in direct

• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

• Choose the option 💬 chat

• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Argh! FFS!!! They need a secondary payment portal. This is unacceptable.

Guess I'll stop wasting time trying to do anything about it.

Fucking Fizz! Seriously. How do you cut service then remove the only way to pay for it? That's just flippin dumb.

I'm absolutely not happy but I'll still thank you for your info. If you made it here thanks for reading my lil rant. Hopefully someone in the company sees this and can Fizzle out the issue....
