Can’t use travel add on

I have Quebec only service. I purchased a travel add on of Canada wide data to visit Ontario. I can’t get the data to work. I have cellular data on, roaming enabled, I have restarted my phone multiple times, no luck. I also didn’t get a message from fizz saying that I’m roaming. The chat bot is useless and customer service hasn’t responded.
