Sim card activation got interrupted and now I can't activate the new card
I have received my new volte sim card and I started the activation process. I entered the activation code and I was presented with the confirmation screen. While verifying the number was correct the page refreshed and the process got interrupted. When I try to activate it again now I get an error saying that the card is already assigned to a member. The new card is not activated and the old one is still active. I tried submitting a ticket but the email I got afterwards has a broken ticket ID so I'm not even sure it got submitted. What can I do?

This is a protection from the Fizz site, the card will be preassigned for 2 hours to the previous instance.
After 2 hours, you can try again
