New VOlte sim and old phone
I received my new VOlte sim card but my phone is not compatible. Until when do I have to activate my new sim card and get a new phones?

You can/should activate right now, your phone will continue to work as usual, therefore, you are better off to do it, in this way you will not end up with a card not valid (for some reason)
When and if your phone will be certified, your phone will start to make a call with VoLTE technology
If one day you will change phone, please check the list of certified phone before change it.

Your card your can activate it ...don't know till when... But you will also need a the certified phone

Why she needs a certified phone? She can use a VoLTE card in a no VoLTE phone, but she is not be able to use VoLTE

You can use your volte SIM card and do a test deactivate the wifi and make a call if during the call remains in lte or 4g your phone is compatible I'm just not certified by fizz at the moment if not it's not an oversight to have a volte phone you'll just do as you do at the moment call them in g3 even with your volte card
we have no date for the end of 3G we just have the end of 2025 maybe

It's better to switch to the new volte sim card anyway. It will work with your phone, without having volte service though. In the future, when you will change your phone with a new generation one, you will automatically have volte service!
