How long before an appartment number/address is added to their database?

Hello! In late June I sent a request to add my basement appartment letter to their database. I expect it to take some time due to the moving season but I was wondering how long it has taken before, since I work from home and I'd really need to internet setup ASAP😅

I see that the address exists in Videotron's database as the previous tenant used videotron, so I feel like it shouldn't take too long but it's been a while.

Thanks!

Thanks for the answers! I'll probably contact support soon again. I was wondering if anyone else had gone through that process before, but it doesn't seem that common haha. But thanks!
