Poor support
Well, here I am, a month into trying to have my daughter's phone number ported over to Fizz and no sign from the support teamwhatsoever. While I have been assured that my support ticket is very important, there has been absolutely no response, no updates, no contact. No replies to my inquiries for an update. Just crickets.
I have the day off on Monday so I will see what kind of bundle deal Bell/Telus/Rogers will will give me to move 5 mobile phone lines over.

Thanks. I know. As I said, I have a ticket in the queue, and I have tried to follow up to get an update. I'm just venting here, and expressing my disappointment.

While reading the forum, I discovered that the support lacks effectiveness. I hope that I will never need it.

Unfortunately, being the customer support fully digital and only by chat in some specific period the wait could be longer than usual... even though lastly I noticed it's always quite long...
