Hi, I couldn’t get sms&mms and can’t use mobile data
I new purchased fizz line, put on my phone Oppo Reno 2z model phone, I can call and receive calls but I didn’t get sms&mms and can’t use data. I try to send configurations from my fizz acount's page, still couldn’t get configurations sms. I used new sim card to another phone (on Iphone) it was work automatically .

You can try to configure the apn
in some phone you need to select the right apn as default and restart the phone
i didn’t ask before, do you have the data and sms included in your plan ?
the test with the iPhone is not really a good test for the sms and mms

You cannot receive sms either... that's weird.
Try to follow the guides @Jess_i88b6 linked here and see if you can solve the issue yourself otherwise it's better to go through customer support

Check the APN , restart phone!
Please note that: Removing the SIM card from a phone with properly configured network settings (APN) could automatically reset the previous settings. If this happens, you’ll need to reconfigure the Fizz network settings. And restart your phone.
