Looking to change my plan, but unable to do it for 4 days
It says I need to wait until July 8th to change my plan. That is when my plan ends. So I will have to wait until my plan ends, renews with the same plan, then change my plan and wait another month for it to take effect. I don't understand why I need to wait to change my plan.

Hello,
Seems like a technical issue...
Try to reach customer service on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support as they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.
Or open a ticket yourself:

Definitely you should be able to change your plan sooner -- why wait until it renews, try to do it as soon as possible and it will take effect next month.

Hello again,
This might be the answer to your question:
You can change your plan at anytime (before the last 4,5 days before your payment cycle) by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle.

How do payment cycles work?
For your mobile service:
The date on which you activate your SIM card is the anniversary date for your mobile plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.
When is the payment for my next payment cycle taken?
Your plan is renewed 72 hours before the start of your new payment cycle.
Example. Your payment cycle ends on the 5th of every month. The automatic payment of your plan therefore takes place on the 3rd of the month, and your new cycle starts on the 6th.

Looks like you are in the freeze period, 4.5 days (72 hours) before new billing cycle starts.

Important – any change to your plan must be made 108 hours (4.5 days) before the end of your payment cycle. During those 108 hours (4.5 days), systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

Be careful @Andrei_ref_R7VK1, as@Sébastien code ZXEL1 said, 4.5 days are 108 hours, not 72 😅
