Can you try the modem in a different outlet?
Did you try to unplug it for couples of minutes?
Try to chat with the support, it is faster

Hey, thanks for your help. I checked the outlet, and the power supply was fine. Actually I saw a small flash in my house when the thunderstorm came down. So I think the modem was dead because of the lightning. But there's no fried smell in the modem. I don't know what to do now.

Well, the customer service replied to me and said I would be transferred to another team. Now I'm being transferred for more than 5 minutes. So sad :-(

Wait for them, give them a chance, like that you will not loose you place in line, because they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.
