So after going with my existing plan and choosing save, nothing happens. Help?

For this kind of problem you should try to clear the cookie and the cache of your browser and you should try to use in incognito mode too
Can you also try to see if you have any ad blocker
If nothing help, you should contact the support

Try it in Incognito mode, clear cache, cookies, try in another browser.

That's weird... I would try with another PC or smartphone otherwise I would contact the customer service
