You need only to insert the SIM to your new phone, and it will work !
The Samsung S8 has the same SIM size of newer iphone, therefore, you don't even need to adapt it

As @Jess_i88b6 said, you don't need to do anything special since the plan is not associated with your phone. Put your sim card in the new phone and you are good to go!
