Hi,
I have two phones using FIZZ services unfortunately I see only one in the phones list, before I saw the two phones, I already download and installed APN configuration files on both.

It's gonna update itself at some point... If it bothers you, contact customer service and have the list manually updated

Indeed, if they just added a line the transfer of your number can take up to two hours.
They should check they're email if the are any issues they will be notified.

It took weeks for me to update itself... When I bought a new phone, it appeared on the list replacing my old one, even though it was the one I was still using with the Fizz line. Curiously, a third phone I dismissed long time ago has been on the list for a long time... Only now I noticed that the list is correct
