Hi, we just installed & activated our new modem. However, when we try connecting to it, we're getting the message saying to check the password. We're using the Default key from the back of the modem and it's still not working.

Any help & suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

After the reset try to give it a chance to load up ( i mean to do the updates... Yes it takes time, do not disturb it! A good 15-20 minutes)

Make sure you wait, your modem is ready when a series of lights will appear on your modem

    Write down your modem’s info

Locate the network name (Default Wi-Fi Network) and password (Default Key) printed on the back of your Wi-Fi modem. Make sure not to confuse similar characters such as O and 0, as well as I and 1.

To change the name of your network:

Open your browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.

    Use these credentials to connect:

    Username: cusadmin

    Password: password

Change the name of your network

Try to do a reset your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings

IMPORTANT: This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).

The default key is only used when connecting to the Wifi network.

Once you connect to the web site use "password" as the cusadmin password.
